Charles Nobel have made a number of bespoke pieces for me over the years. The most recent is a pair of quite stunning diamond earrings, something I have wanted for some time, and CN have made a truly special pair.
The overall experience was fun. They knew what I wanted and delivered at a very favourable price that was agreed before the stones were sourced. I felt involved in the process, fascinated to learn how these stones arrive, how Piers sorts them, and now understand why it is more difficult to find two matching stones (generally a requisite for earrings!!) than two individual stones for two unrelated pieces.
For fine jewellery I would always go to Charles Nobel. A professional, honest and courteous service, and very importantly, an enjoyable one too.

My fiancé and I were completely clueless about diamonds and engagement rings when we walked into Charles Nobel a few months ago. After quite a negative experience with jewellers in London we were delighted to meet Piers who made us feel relaxed and very comfortable trying on a number of potential engagement rings with absolutely no pressure. They were kind enough to order in a number of stones for us to look at so I could choose my diamond and decide exactly on the intricacies that are so important when choosing the perfect ring. A mock-up was made to ensure I was happy and after a few weeks I finally collected my beautiful ring.
Piers and his father were with us every step of the way and available at any time for questions. Something has to be said for choosing a family run business who genuinely care about traditional customer service. We are so happy we chose Charles Nobel to share this once in a lifetime experience.
